Jemma Taylor Cross is the founder and principal consultant of Gender Equality Solutions. As a seasoned gender equality consultant, senior manager, facilitator and primary prevention practitioner, Jemma is passionate about building an Australia where all women are equal, safe and respected.

Having worked for over 10 years in the women’s sector, supporting organisations in international, national and state-based settings, Jemma provides unique expertise in the development and implementation of best practice initiatives to build gender equitable workplaces and communities.
